We currently have two programs designed to help address the need for greater diversity and support in our industry.
Parents’ back to work
We know first-hand how hard it can be to get back into the industry after becoming a parent. We also recognise that balancing office and school pickups is often impossible. Our Parents’ Back to Work program is an opportunity for a parent to take up a six-month fully flexible part or full-time role at twin. So you can get your confidence back…and the industry can get a talented, experienced individual back.
Starting out internship
We recognise how tough the industry can be to start out in. This program exists to help find and nurture new talent, regardless of your educational background (you needn’t hold a degree), geographical location or experience. Providing real hands-on experience, our Starting Out Internship is open to two candidates at a time, working for a three-month duration. (And we’ll will pay you too…)
